I had a plumbing emergecy on a Sunday afternoon, and thought "Oh boy this is going to hurt." The guy arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what he was going to do, got the parts he needed, and went to work. Had the water back on in 30 minutes and hooked up my water heater shortly thereafter.
